Deacons are another group of church leaders. The root of the word "deacon" means servant, and deacons have a special role of service in the church.
Responsibilities of Deacons
Deacons give particular care to the whole benevolence program of a church. In addition, deacons are responsible for dispersing and managing church funds. To learn more about the various funds of the church, please visit the Accounts page.
